Our story

One cold evening of January 2021, Giulia felt that the moment had arrived. The dream, the longing had matured in determination. In February, Marina - a talented product designer who happened to be also Giulia’s younger sister - was already designing the first stand. Soon after, Fleuriste was standing in all its beauty and versatility at Giulia’s home.

One evening of March, in the middle of a lockdown, Giulia was telling Natasha about the dream to create toys. She was bursting with infectious enthusiasm and excitement as she was setting in motion the things. By some strange twist of fate, Giulia didn’t even know that she was talking to a person specialised in branding and design management.

That’s how everything started. A perfect timing of ideas, encounters and professional backgrounds.

GP Atelier was born.

Dream it

Giulia had the dream and in the previous years created meaningful toys of various dimensions and purposes for her children. One concept was insistently coming back to her, being also her favourite way of play when she was a little girl: the stand and the role play it encompasses.

Build it

It had to be different from everything else. It had to be light, mobile, versatile, eco-friendly, safe for everyone and… fabulous. Giulia envisioned a beautiful piece of furniture, to have in a corner of the kid’s room, charmingly arranged and decorated, ready to inspire and light up the next imaginative play.

Who we are

GP Atelier team is small but dedicated and full of passion. We have in common a brighter vision of the future, where a more peaceful, respectful and friendly environment for our kids is possible and where we can quietly observe them with gratitude as they grow and develop at their inner pace.
